A £20 consultation fee is required when booking and is redeemable against any treatment within 3 months of your consultation date.
A £30 deposit is required to secure your initial treatment appointment.
We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to reschedule your consultation or treatment. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your payment.
Ongoing consultations
Review appointments have a £75 fee, redeemable against treatments (excluding products) performed on the day. This fee does not apply to review appointments scheduled directly by the doctor.
Treatment courses
When booking a course of treatments, payment for the first treatment is required before scheduling additional appointments.
Treatments booked as part of a course must be completed within 12 months of purchase.
If upgrading to a course after a single treatment, this can be done when booking your second appointment, with the full balance payable at that time.
Treatments within a course are non-transferable.
Cancelling a course prematurely will result in the loss of any discounts applied, and all treatments already received will be charged at their full single treatment price.
Please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment if your skin feels sensitive or irritated. If partial treatment is possible, we will proceed.
Missing the cancellation policy requirements will result in the forfeiture of one treatment from your course.
Single treatments
Appointments rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a £50 late cancellation fee.
Please ensure timely arrival to allow for your full treatment and ensure the clinic runs smoothly.
Referral scheme
Refer a new patient, and both you and the referred patient will receive £50 credit towards a treatment.
To qualify, the new patient must spend over £200 on their first treatment.
Both credits must be used within 3 months of the referral date.
Ensure your referral mentions your name during their initial consultation, or you can provide their details, and we will contact them directly.
Gift cards
Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Promotions
Black Friday and other promotional discounts are only valid during the stated period. Standard terms and conditions apply.
